This interstitial space forms a closed heat exchange channel, allowing heating or cooling mediums (such as steam, heat-transfer oil, cooling water, frozen brine, etc.) to circulate within it, thereby enabling precise temperature control of the internal materials indirectly through the reactor wall. This design effectively resolves the challenges posed by direct heating, such as localized overheating, material charring, and significant temperature fluctuations, making it an ideal vessel for achieving efficient, safe, clean, and controllable chemical reactions.
