Unlike ordinary atmospheric pressure reaction vessels, high-pressure reaction vessels can withstand internal pressures of up to 30MPa (or even higher) and temperatures above 600°C by having thicker vessel walls, using high-strength alloy materials, and employing specialized sealing structures. These vessels are the core equipment for implementing key processes such as hydrogenation, polymerization, condensation, hydrothermal synthesis, and supercritical reactions in the fields of petrochemicals, new material synthesis, biotechnology, new energy, and defense research. They are hailed as the “power heart” of modern chemical industry.
