It utilizes the self-generated pressure generated by water (or organic solvents) within a sealed container at high temperatures to create a unique reaction environment that is either supercritical or nearly critical. In this environment, the solubility of substances that were previously difficult to dissolve increases significantly, and the reaction rate increases dramatically, allowing for the synthesis of high-purity crystals, nanomaterials, special ceramic powders, and other materials that cannot be produced under normal pressure. Due to its exceptional resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, excellent sealing properties, and high cost-effectiveness, the hydrothermal synthesis reactor has become a standard equipment in fields such as materials science, geological exploration, environmental monitoring, and new energy research and development.
